Cancellations & Refund Policy

We only honor order cancellations within the 3 hour time frame of the order being placed. We do offer exchanges or gift cards for products of the same value if your order is cancelled with in the cancellation window.

Refunds will not be made after the product has been shipped and arrived to the address that the customer has specified on their order. Holistic Harmony Herbs ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, Holistic Harmony Herbs or delivery services, shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. Since it is herbs that you are purchasing we cannot take them back due to safety reasons. All sales are final.

In the event that said package is received by the postal carrier and delivered to the address on record but is not claimed by the recipient and package is returned to sender, Holistic Harmony Herbs or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a replacement or refund. Holistic Harmony Herbs will allow reshipping upon receipt of new postage fee. Should customer request a refund, Holistic Harmony Herbs will apply a store credit that is redeemable at any time.

If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition from our end, you have 3 business days from time of arrival to send us an email showing through the use of a picture, that the product has been compromised. We'll then issue a replacement. This never happens since we ensure herbs arrive safe, sealed, and sound, but can never be too careful.

Holistic Harmony Herbs does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our natural herbs. Holistic Harmony Herbs shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the results of the product will not be grounds for a refund.
Program Guide-Digital Downloads

As part of our holistic programs we do include a digital download (copy) of the step-by-step suggested program guide that is specific to the herbal blend that you are purchasing.

Should you download the incorrect program guide, Holistic Harmony Herbs is not responsible for disseminating the correct guide.

Customers are liable for any additional charges that may occur in acquiring the correct digital download.
