Ingredients: Cleavers, Yarrow, Ginkgo, Rosemary, Elecampane, Dandelion root, Turmeric, Fennel seed, Horsetail, Hawthorn leaf and flower, Meadow Sweet, Rehmannia, Burdock Root, , Catnip , and Sarsaparilla, Bilberry, Chaga.

Directions

Pour 8oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of your herbs . Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Consume 3 cups per day. 

**Do not boil the herbs** 

**Do not microwave your water or tea**
