Pour 8oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of your herbs . Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Consume Consume 2 times per day. Best if taken 1-2 hours before physical activity.

To increase the efficacy of this blend you should include the following supplements:

• Vitamin D – 3000-5000IU
• Magnesium – 200-400mg
• Zinc – 25-30mg
• Sea Moss (2 TBPS of gel or 1tsp of powder)
