King's Upful Blend

Ashwagandha root, Ginkgo leaf, Horny goat weed, Licorice root, Tribulus fruit, Sarsaparilla, Damiana, and Dang Qui

Pour 8oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of your herbs . Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Consume Consume 2 times per day. Best if taken 1-2 hours before physical activity.

To increase the efficacy of this blend you should include the following supplements:

• Vitamin D – 3000-5000IU
• Magnesium – 200-400mg
• Zinc – 25-30mg
• Sea Moss (2 TBPS of gel or 1tsp of powder)

Do not consume if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are currently on medication, consult with your holistic doctor before consuming.
