Immunity 3 Wellness Kit

Add 3-4 slices of reishi mushroom, 1 tablespoon of schisandra berries to 8 cups of water. Cover and boil on low-medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and keep covered for 30 minutes.  

Add 1/4 tsp of ginger to 8oz of tea. Stir until dissolved.  Consume 1-2 cups per day. 

**Do not microwave your water or tea**
