Directions on making your tea:

Pour 8oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of your herbs . Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Consume 3 cups per day. 

**Do not boil the herbs** 

**Do not microwave your water or tea**

THIS PROGRAM CAN BE REPEATED EVERY 4 MONTHS.

• Orders take 2-3 business days to receive once it has been shipped. 
• You have the option of choosing between UPS, USPS, or DHL. These carriers offer many options for you at checkout to choose how fast you would like it to arrive (overnight, expedited, 1 day, etc)  Priority shipping is not the same as expedited or express.
