Directions

Pour 8oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of your herbs . Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Consume 3 cups per day.

**Do not microwave your water or tea**

Drink at least 8-10 cups of purified water per day. Avoid fried/greasy foods, dairy, sugars, and white starches. Do not consume flesh foods. Incorporate an alkaline rainbow diet including green leafy vegetables, avocados, seeds, nuts, and fresh fruits to your diet while on the program.

THIS PROGRAM CAN BE REPEATED EVERY 4 MONTHS.
